Anybody who would like to become a member of this association is welcome-just write a little message below and stop by this thread once and awhile.
We will have weekly "errands and business". I (Luinmir) am the president of this association (since I created it) and I hope that, once we get enough interest, we will "elect" other officers (Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer). If you would like to run for office, simply say which position you want to have and then, once there's enough people, I'll let people vote for whoever they want.
Our main job as yard maintainers is to, well obviously, maintain Hobbiton and the Shire. Our business this week is just to get some interest and members (whether or not you would like to run for office).
Since hobbits are a peaceful folk, I decided to create this rather than an army. Anybody (whether you be elf or dwarf or anything else) is welcome to join.
This idea might not work, so bear with me if it turns out just a whole big mess and I have to delete the thread.
